The customer at this facility was the general contractor. He did a lot of work himself, including dismantling, repairing floor slabs, and replacing windows. And he turned to us for the installation of floors for three floors.

The technical solution was identified as follows: a concrete floor with topping, reinforced with plastic macrofibre, as well as additional reinforcement with mesh in several places.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

Other work was carried out at the facility at the same time as ours. We had to carefully make sure that we were not disturbed and that each stage went as it should.

All three floors were poured separately and a boom concrete pump was used for this.

At the first pouring, concrete with additives was brought to us in the last mixer, which led to a very long drying time for one of the sections and poor grout of the topping. As a result, we completely dismantled this small area and refilled it during the next stage of work.

OUR RESULTS

The 1960s building now has modern industrial floors on at least three floors: impact-resistant, durable, and resistant to aggressive substances.
