4.5 years later, the customer turned to us again for work. The area of the current facility has almost doubled the previous one.

Taking into account the features of the base, the construction was chosen not quite standard – a topping floor with an average thickness of 14.5 cm with combined reinforcement with a 6 mm diameter road mesh and steel fiber.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

The base of the room was made of concrete, but due to too large fluctuations, it was decided to prepare a sand layer. At first, the customer himself did this, but it was agreed that we would do the final work on this stage. And it turned out to be a very correct decision!

There were pieces of brick and other construction debris in the sand – such elements are not suitable for the base of the floor at all. We removed them manually and with a tractor provided by the customer.

And then, using the imported sand, we made the required height level over the entire area, compacted the base and began our standard work on the installation of an industrial floor.

OUR RESULTS

Most recently, the main works at this facility have been successfully completed, and new negotiations are already underway with the customer – he wants a good floor on the street from the gate to the road.
